14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@duttim.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our support team will provide instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your package arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@duttim.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Steps for Returning a Damaged Package:

  1. Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.

  2. Attach photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. We will issue a return label and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To request an exchange, follow the return process and indicate that you’d like an exchange. We’ll process your new order once we’ve received and approved the returned item.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
