Shipping Policy
At Duttim, we always offer free shipping on all purchases. Domestic delivery time is estimated to take approximately 3–5 business days, including order processing and handling time.
All shipments are trackable, insured, and shipped via PostNord Logistics.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Order Processing: 2–3 business days
Handling Time: 1–2 business days. All orders placed before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following Monday.

Duttim offers free shipping on all products.
Trackable Shipments
Duttim always ships with trackable and insured deliveries. Your package is trackable and insured all the way to your nearest pickup point.
You will find your tracking ID in the email containing the PostNord Logistics link, allowing you to easily follow your shipment.
